Making energetic space for that which nourishes your soul

It is becoming widely understood that our inner world is much more influential in our external experience than we previously believed. The unconscious mind is powerful and is built on learned behaviours and repetitive patterns that allow us to not have to think about everything consciously all the time. This is a big relief energetically, and yet if you want to create massive change in your life externally you're going to have to get your internal world on board too. 

For example you can have a big goal for yourself - such as creating the most amazing romantic relationship - and yet somehow you keep following the same patterns and sabotaging each relationship in ways that just boggle your mind.


Maybe you question why this amazing person would want to be with you, or you show up as jealous and needy. Maybe you argue about things that aren't even important and then just wait for them to leave you. 

We all do things like this in life. Want something so much and yet get in our own way.

It's because we have beliefs that we created in our childhood that are still with us today. Sometimes they are helpful beliefs, and sometimes they are outdated and getting in the way of us living our best life. Like believing that no one would want to create a long lasting amazing relationship with you because your Dad never seemed to want to hang out with you when you were young.

In the Inner Wellbeing Sessions we delve into the un-empowering feelings that you are experiencing right now that lead us back to a time in your life when you made a decision about yourself, or the world, that is affecting you today. 

We spend time with that experience and reduce any challenging feelings about it before re-arranging it to be more empowering. 

Thereby shifting your unconscious patterns, your perspective and helping to pave a new path forward with more empowering beliefs to support you.

Initial Session is 120 minutes

All subsequent sessions are 90 minutes


Sessions are conducted over the Phone or Zoom at no additional cost to you


AUD$90 for the first session

AUD$75 for all subsequent sessions

Number of Sessions

Although one session can be effective to work through a strong limiting belief that you are ready to shift, often it takes 3 - 6 sessions to support your unconscious to be ready to make the shift. Then you can really make space in your energy around this issue and create a new way of being.

We start with a clarity call to see if we're a good fit, and then move on to a longer session to determine together how many sessions are required in order to move forward.
